If you heard of this before, then you know how to do this.
Its called a License Transfer.
You can use this to get pretty much anything that a friend has downloaded.

What exactly is a License Transfer?
The license transfer tool on Xbox.com lets you consolidate all of your downloaded content licenses to one console. For example, if you downloaded items from Xbox LIVE Marketplace on one console, then purchased another console later on and downloaded more content to the new one, your content would be licensed to two consoles. This tool lets you download your older content licenses to your new console.


FAQ
Will This Get Me Banned?
no, this is perfectly allowed on xbox.

Do Both Of Us Get The DLC?
Yes, the DLC will be on both of your xbox's.

My Friends DLC Wont Work After We Did This. Help?
Just simply tell your friend to go to his accout & Download History & re-download it.

Can you really do this more than once per year?
Yes you just got to 'View Purchase History' click 'Add To Queue'

Here what you will need:
Computer
Xbox 360
Friend with DLC downloaded.


First, you will need your friend to approve of you doing so. Get there XBL information & recover it on your xbox

next, sign into it on xbox.com

Go to 'My Xbox'
on the drop down menu, click 'Accounts'.

Under 'Membership Options'
Click 'Transfer Content Licences'

Click next.
(If your signed in on the account on your xbox, it should kick you offline.)


Simply press the Guide button & hit 'Connect to XBL'
Then press next on your computer again.

It should bring you to a screen showing your friends DLC.
Simply Click the DLC you wish to dowload & click 'Add To Queue'

On your Xbox, press the guide & go to 'Active Downloads'
The DLC you selected should be downloading.

After it is done, you now got the DLC you wanted.
It Will stay there on YOUR console & your friends.
Enjoy.

This still works. And it isn't warez. Me and my brother don't want to buy the same ****, so I did this with the halo map packs. I didn't even know that was considered "bad" because it worked. 2 different Xbox's. And now that he's off at college, 2 different IP's. That was a long time ago, and I haven't been banned yet? Yes because the transfer goes to the xbox that the profile is signed into last.
If it didt kick you off, sign off & do the process of pressing next & then manually sign in
