They would have to ban A LOT of people, I'm pretty sure it's all just to scare everyone.

If you get into a deranking lobby if you're 11th you're gonna put your self at a bigger risk of getting banned considering that is against the CoC too. If you have 11th just keep it you wont get banned microsoft will lose way too many customers.

No they are going to reset everyone that's 11th Prestige as a warning, do it again and it could be a ban. But once the ban wave is over, Mw2 will be another abandoned game with CoD 4 and WaW.
