might have found the blue dial but aint to sure
i havnt got a weapon to see it but its hard to see it coz u have to jump aswell
the top of the lighthouse next to the deadshot theres the pile of snow go right to the left side and jump you can see some paper on floor behind it
please rep and like
just a thought i found you probs need a sniper to see it
