I have a paypal account thats limited and I dont have a card to add. Is there any other way of verifing it? I dont have any money untill I un-limit my account so I cant pay you to tell me

U need a card and bank to verify why would u get paypal without one lol

I used to have a card but it got messed up. U can still get paypal without one.

Almost everyone that offers to verify it for you will use eTrade, which is illegal. So be careful.
