do you have to have a flashed xbox 360 or can you mod the old way before the patches?

Here it is Just to let you know to play it online do the following

1. Disconnect from Xboxlive on Xbox startup till you go to codwaw Campain then resume game

2. When ingame Shoot a Round of the handgun then click Start then the guide button

3. Now connect to XBOXLIVE and Go back to Game Survive to round 3 and then Click start and save and exit

4. Now Go to Co-op Campain then Private match Then host it with Freinds THEN BAM!!!

5. Also if you go on co-op Campain and search for a XBL game and your host the Mods will take effect also

Resign and Rehash it to your PRfile and Device ID then your all good

do you have to turn the mods on before you do everything else(im a modding newbie)?

it dont come up save and exit what do i do
