As the subject suggests, I am hosting a Tenth prestige/Challenge lobby on MW2 on Xbox Live for 1 month Xbox live subscriptions. Spinning Tenth Emblem WILL be unlocked. For an invite, pm me on here with the code and message me on Xbox for an invite and put your TTG username, so that I know who has paid.

11th prestige is possible with this lobby, but there is a risk of being banned if you are 11th prestige.
For a mod menu, say mod menu in your Xbox Live message. However, the mod menu will only be given to the first 3 people that pay.
