my turtle beaches x31 work fine all but lately theres a fizz noise for my friends and now when i talk my voice doesnt pick up as if i didnt talk how do i fix the talking problem and if i cant what should i get astro or px5 ps i already tried unplugging everying just chaned the batteies and rubber band trick
