that could be it, my theory is that the next dlc will tell you that its like recon and you have to have 1000GS 100% Campaign and Spec Ops, all challenges and 1100% in multiplayer. also i believe they'll release the gold deagle next dlc

there is no way to get it unless you have a jtag. IW **** up.

there's a specific encryption code for a Jtag that completely unlocks the emblem

To unlock you must do the following:

1. Kill an enemy by dropping a crate on them.

2.1000 kills with sentry gun, predator missile, precision airstrike, harrier, calling in helicopters, pavelow, stealth bomber, chopper gunner, and ac-130...

Completing each one unlocks an emblem and if you complete them all you get 10th spinning emblem. Probably easier to just mod it but it is possible...
