Since Conduit 2 is a newish game(april) then im guessing it requires a new ios upgrade that has to be installed using the disc or from 4.3. Also since tiger woods loaded once im 99% sure that that cant be an ios problem fot that game. Thnks for giving so much info but if you could tell me what issue you have when you load Monster huneter then i may be able to distinguish if its an ios problem for that game.
Your problem could be one of the following for Tiger woods:
-You have a bad iso, try downloading another
-You have a bad disc type, try getting better ones
-You have an updated wii hardware that has been made to not read backups
-You have installed the wrong cios(unlikely)
-The rev you have installed needs to be updated
-Your wiis laser is dying(unlikely)
-your configuration in neogamma is wrong.


I will go and find out the ios those games use and then see if a 4.2 wii has them. Those games seem relatively new so they could require newer ios's which come in 4.3.

Ill post shortyly when I have the ios versions.
Also since woods 12 worked one time it is more than likely is not an ios problem for that game.

Also i knw someone who has this game working fine.
He is using ios 249 v56 rev 21
So i think the rev 21 is needed to play this game.
Also someone told me this game has AP on it but you should get error 002 if it has. You will probably get this after you actually get the disc to load, if so just enable 002 fix in neogamma and make sure you are on rev 21.

Also appartantly this game might need a disc update making it even more clear it needs to update an ios. Once i/you have found it out then download the dopmii app and install the latest version of the ios it requires.

For Tiger woods i checked up about this game and appartantly it works fine on 4.2. So the only things that could be affecting you on this game are: Your trying to use a PAL version of the game on a NTSC wii, your disc types are poor, your wiis laser is dying, you have a newer wii which is not aloud to play backups, you have a wrong config in neogamma, your iso is burned to quick or is poor all together.

For monster hunter, if you could tell me what the error or issue is i may be able to help more. Sorry.

Overall i think it is you have a bad iso or one that has been burned to quick or you dvds are poor, so they get read now and again but fail most of the time. Sorry if i have not helped much.

Tiger Woods:
Those were my suspicions, that the disc was bad, as this is happening to multiple games. The iso is fine as I was able to play and not have any issues when started. The iso being used and installed is: cIOS249[56]v21d2x3.wad

Monster Hunter:
I am having an issue of not being able to name my character, or even when not naming him, trying to start the game, it won't let me, then I get the disc error, same as the tiger woods, the font of the writing is the game font, not the 002 error, and it says disc read error.

As far as upgrading to 4.3U, how would I go about that and not brick, but remain homebrewed?

It is so funny, I have other games burned on these DVD-R's and they work fine, it is just these games... I am going to do a DOP-Mii on 222-250 to see if they all need some updating.

you sure know your wii's, is there any way to mod your game saves?

I think I know what is wrong with monster hunter. I had a similar game like this where I tried to create a save/name something in it and it would just freeze and give disc unreadable. The onlyway around this issue I found was to download a save of the Internet and then put it onto your wii by an sd card. Then the game should load and if you pick that profile it works fine. This may not be your Problem but Ill try and find a download link to a save then you could try it.
For tigerwoods though you said it was a similar error but was this when you start the game straight away or when you try and do something in the game. I don't think this game has an issue on it's save.
Also does tiger woods have like a starting video like wii sports resort as I played an older tiger woods once and there was like a video tutorial/advertising the game and it caused he game to crash and give the disc unreadable error. As it is official text I dout it is disc or iso/ios related problems.

About updating to 4.3 it can be quit tricky to do this and keep all your homebrew
I would advise not doing this and rather find newer games ios out and install them using dop moi
As 4.3 Patched all banner bomb exploits and only left disc ones. It also brought nothing new apart from some ios's and killing homebrew

You could try forcing the ios and if it works then it's defiantly ios related problem. But you might get a different error code if it doesn't

tiger woods works sometimes... I played a bit last night with my wife... then I played a course earlier, and then at one of the in game loading screens, i got the official game text load error...

With monster hunter tri, it is the same thing, it's official text.

If you do find the saves for Tri, as I have been looking too, can you tutorial me on how to get it loaded into the right spot? Thanks.

Theres good news and bad news

The bad news is that monster hunter has a protection of not being able to copy the save straight from the wii settings

The goods news is there's an homebrew app called save game manager which can install the save to the wii without the protection in the way.(The protection is similar to mario kart.)

I'll try and post a tutorial and a link to the save when I can

With Tiger Woods, the loading screen is like, going from course to menu, or menu to course. Never inbetween holes, and I haven't experienced it with video around.

I am sure I can find the save game manager, just have to find a save state.

I am also going to try to re-burn the dvds at 2x (on better quality DVD's) and using a program rather than Mac's Disk Utility... maybe that will help?

ZOMG... I re-burned Conduit 2 on a different brand DVD-R and it worked. Gonna try the others tonight. I will keep everyone posted.

Note to everyone: Sony DVD-R's stink. But really, if your ISO burn doesn't work, try different media brand.

Mac users: Use Wii Junkies ISO burner and Memorex FTW!
