clear ur system cach go to ur hard drive click drive options and press clear some scumbag ruined ur game

well what happens is usually what happens when you get deranked but it shouldn't affect the guide.

Change tge brightning in the start menu.

just change the brightness..... next time dont join lobbies that u dont know....
