Yeah, you can do what you want with it until you get banned... Xbox, Infinity Ward, and M$, ETC Has rules, believe it or not, and if you break them the banhammer will be swung..

Yes, i do know that Infinity Ward does not usually ban people, but they have every right to patch the game, its THEIR game.. I have a Jtag myself, but i am glad that the binds are patched.. They simply ruined the game and defeated the purpose of having a jtag..... Someone could just get infected and host their own lobbies... Absolutely stupid.. I however like to play legitimently once and a while =)
