I know I'm a 1st posting leeching noob to this site, and I probably will only browse the forums and never post again

BUT

Can someone please point me in the right direction as to creating a custom game type for the 360 with parameters outside of the default ones that Treyarch gives you. For instance:

Search and Destroy with max rounds of 12 (Default max limit is 8).
And adding a 5 second delay to the beginning of each round.

There has got to be a way to create these custom games because there are wager matches out there.

EDIT: I'm not looking to have you make the game mode, only to point me to the tools to create it. I have no idea whatsoever as to how to mod blackops at all.
