I went to the gym today and the man there was SO hench
Any one of you guys go to gym an whats your routine?

i go 3 days a week and spend 2 hours each time trust me you will see the difference pretty fast if you work hard

Yeah whats your routine. How big is your muslces?
im only 15 so im not huge but i just do like 50+ reps of everything and the weights weigh 60 kg there and the running thing i spend 20 mins on level 11

It's a lot to do with what you're eating as well and protein shakes are a MUST if you plan on getting big... how big you plan on getting?? oh and its pointless lifting not so heavy weights over 100 times you're much better lifting heavier ones for a lot less.
But if you go to the gym there should be a personal trainer at the gym and just tell him exactly what type of body shape you want and he should sort out you're exercise routine for you and change it every few weeks for the best effect.

Okay so you want to loose weight, but gain muscle, fast right? Theres something called 'The Afterburn Effect.' This is all about the calories you loose during the 48 hours AFTER your workout ( Decent diet with lots of protein etc.) You need to do routines which are using alot of muscles in your body. Running on a treadmill for hours and hours will have the smallest effect because your only really using your legs and arms. You need to have a short 5-10 minute workout which uses alot of muscles, for example: 15 seconds jumping squats, 15 seconds side to side pushups, 15 seconds row (Use a towel and pull to the sides as hard as possible), 15 seconds squat and raise again using a towel, 15 seconds half burpees and lastly 15-20 bicep curls with atleast 30kg of weight on. you can contiue this for 10 minutes. This routine requires you to do it once every 1-2 days, trust me it works good luck, message me if you want anything else
