OK guys, heres my situation.

Im turning 16 September, and im going to start using a moped, which uses fuel.
Fuel costs money, and im still going to be in education so cant get a job in the week, and i would prefer to savour my weekend for social time.

So i wondered if anyone knows how to get an eBay AND Paypal account under 18, as im aware you have to be 18 to use PayPal?

Any Help Appreciated 8)

I Was thinking of this, but then i thought, my Card is registered as an under 18 account, wouldnt that Flag up on PayPal systems or anything?
