Well..... I needed to recover my gamertag AGAIN today.

And guess what!


"Xbox LIVE signup is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

AGAIN!

The last 8 times that I have had to recover my gamertag or renew my subscription, this has happened.

Where is the money that we spend for live going?

Definitely not to xbox servers!
Definitely not for customer support! (THERE ALL INDIANS!)

All I ask is that I can create an account, recover an account, or pay money to renew gold WITHOUT this happening! SERIOUSLY.

ITS SO GOD DAMN **** ANNOYING!

yes, but PSN GOT HACKED! (Twice . Shows them who's boss )

microsoft ACTUALLY has the MONEY to FIX it.

no, its not. Call customer support and they either say. Try again later or call back later before you even explain the problem.
