i keep making loads of avatars and it comes out as a stationary picture . i am making the animation work in PS but how do i save the animation + upload to photobucket ? cheers people!

While in photoshop before you save the animation.

Click Files, save for web and devices. then click save, because it will be a .gif animation wich is the type of file you need to make it work.
