It is a mixture of both i am ranting over the subject then suggesting how to fix it.

A moderator will have to remove this and this ia very common thing and that might take 2 moderators up as they are common and they have to reply to PMs and in the ask staff question they have to reply to question which might take a while depending on the question

they have many responabilitys to handle at once and they need a break from all this once in a while...

just relax and a moderator will be with you soon is what I think....

It all depends how many staff are online at one point, more of us makes the job easier.

I can't really comment further because its not my choice when it comes to staff issues or new staff.

But I agree something needs to be done, with the ever looming release of MW3 its gonna get hectic.

How many topics are reported a day?

How many per section?

How many globals on at any one time?

How many sectionals at any one time?

They need to look into time differences and balance mods out betweens time differentials.

Nice Post I agree 100% Heck this should be read by Sean or Site Admins and they need to take the recommendations in consideration

Well since this topic isn't only about staff this topic is about spam and i read your post, and come here and read almost the exact same thing. That is counted as spamming so please next time you decide to debate make sure to come to a battle with more than one point.
