There are 4 locations where the fuse can be, (Maybe 3 but i'm sure i've found 4)

Location 1: The desk with the boxes on it

Location 2: The desk opposite the desk with the boxes on it

Location 3: The closed ""greenish" cabinet, you have to go up to it and hold X

Location 4: Inside the Drawer of the desk, i've tried holding x whilst looking at the drawer before and it actually worked, so if them 3 locations don't work give that a try, hope this helps.

leaning against the cabinet upright in the room its hard to see if your not looking for it

It can spawn in 3 different locations

tbh when u were talking about the desk drawer it probably picked it up off the top of the drawer.

Also, it doesn't show up until they're completely done talking.

There's only 3 locations.
Table, Table, Cabinet.
