See this is why no one understands rap/hiphop. Because 12 year old girls give "Black and Yellow" the thumbs up, then everyone sees the top 10 list which consists of catchy beats and bouncing asses. Listen to some of the less popular songs.

PS: Even the popular ones arent talking about weed 24/7.
