i have my internet hooked up it shows up on my xbox but when i go to connect it says i cant connect to the internet it says a error but it shows my internet on all my computers but cant use internet

Do you have a router? If so what kind? Also what is your ISP?

Try hooking up a ethernet cord directly. If it lets you play then it's your router. If it doesn't then it's your internet service provider.

If it's not your isp then restart your router by pulling out the power cord and waiting 30 seconds. If that does not work then throw me a PM.
