I have a couple of questions. Sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong section, My family shares a router and modem thats connected to:
A computer
2 xboxs
an ipod
About to be a new laptop (my brothers)
And i will be getting my own gaming computer
Should i connect my router (if i get on) to my xbox and soon computer? Also will I need a modem with it?
Thanks

It doesn't usually effect your connection speed getting your own router but getting your own will stop you from lagging as much and also if you get your own router get one with a built in modem
