Are there any scratches on the black ops disc? Do you have issues with other games? Have you ever gotten the open tray error message after inserting a game or dvd disc?

There are a few possibilities:

1). Your dvd laser is dirty
2). Your discs are damaged
3). Your dvd laser is on its way out and needs to be replaced.
4). Your worm drive motor is on its way out (less likely).
