i was just wondering will i get ban for using a moded xbox but i play normal legit game you buy?

Yes...Modded xboxs are against the terms of use,and MS is now taking action against them...

no as long as the games pass the Stealth Check Microsoft cant tell the difference, Joe got banned cause each Xbox has a chip which records which games u play even offline, when u connect to xbox live it uploads the info, as long as u dont play games before their release date there is a very slim chance tat u will get chaught and banned

you dont know what ur talking about.. that chip dosent exsist .. it happend because they were able to detect my firmware version. and if it was becasue of mw2 i would of been pernamantly suspended on my account aswell .. SO DONT TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU DONT KNOW
