I agree with Walmart. Icy is not going to pay someone that lives in UK, when he can buy of someone that lives in America. Shipping from the UK to America is high, while shipping across a few states is around $7 bucks. Take it as flame, i dont care.

Dude, look at the prices section. Shipping from UK to America is about 10 dollars. A few bucks extra isn't really high, is it?
