E74 is hardware failure.
Same as RRoD.
The cooler got a reputation of making the xbox getting a bigger failure risk.

Yea, it gave me rrod so I would recommend just have a big fan facing the back like
so to push the hot air away from the xbox. It's been working for me for several years without problems

I spoke to ********* about this once back in the Nazi Zombie days.
He said he left his console on for 3 days straight just sat on a book so the air could ventilate around the xbox.
He didn't have any fans for his xbox, it was just a completely normal xbox.
He said just place the console in an open area so it can't get hot and your good to go.

I wouldnt say so, I got RRoD when I left mine on for 48 hours when I forgot to turn mine off before going camping.

probably if you keep a huge box fan towards your xbox then you'll be fine
