dude i has this problem try deleting your cookies and if that dont work then i'd check the disc

mabye its your memory graphics card or ram my computer does the same with lots of places so you should look at the back of the box and see the requirements and look at the once on your computer (should be on the front some were) thats all i no if it is 1 of them take it to a computer fixing place or someone who can fix it
