Perk Effect: Any enemy that stays close to still for 30sec (doesnt move from a small area) appears on your map - If you also move only within a small area you appear on the enemies radar within 30sec
Pro Effect: It takes 15sec to track an enemy moving within an area

Okay so this is how it works:

You are to create a New Perk, Name it, Define the Category (Red, Blue, Green) and Define the effects.(Pro and Default) ~ Can be funny or serious ~



Example:

Perk Name: Lead-Skull
Perk Color: Green
Effect (Default): Take less damage from FMJ Rounds
Effect (Pro): Take less damage from Explosive Rounds

Get creative with these guys, And thumbs up ones you see that you like and I'll add them to the post (:



Good one's I have seen:


Perk Name ~ Tracker
Perk Color ~ Green
Effect(Default) ~ Enemys foot prints glow that you can trace to them (Fade away over time)
Effect(Pro) ~ Foot prints last longer

Perk Name : Gardener
Perk Color : Green
Effect (Default): Replace Bullet Rounds with carrots.
Effect (Pro) : Carrots scream upon being shot from.

Perk name: Quarterback
Color: Red
Default: Throw Semtex & Frags further
Pro: Throw C4 & Throwing Knives further

Perk name: 50 cent
Color: Red
Default: Take 16 bullets with no damage
Pro: Take 32 bullets without damage

Name: Blitzkrieg
Color: Red
Effect (Default): Plant the explosives faster
Effect ( Pro): + invisible to UAV and Silent while Planting the bomb

Perk Name ~ Cellular
Perk Color ~ Green
Effect(Default) ~ Allow you to be in party chat
Effect(Pro) ~ Allow you to talk to your whole team (dead or alive)

Perk Name: Charlie Sheen
Perk Colour: Tiger Blood
Effect (Default): Face melting.
Effect (Pro): Winning.

Perk Name: Black Powers
Perk Color: Green
Effect (Default): Unlimited Sprint .
Effect (Pro): Allows you to steal enemy weapons and Grenades .

Perk Name: Educated
Perk Color: green
Effect (Default): Hack equipment, faster bomb defuse/plant by 1 second
Effect (Pro): Hack killstreaks, faster bomb plant/defuse by 2.5 seconds

Perk ~ Camper
Perk Color ~ Orange
Effect(Default) ~ Set Up A Tent
Effect(Pro) ~ Sit There And Sing Songs Round A Camp Fire With Your Fellow Campers

Perk Name: Terrorist
Per Color: Red
Effect: (Replaces grenade spot on class) Allows player to blow themselves up if they press X twice in a row
Pro Effect: Larger deadlier Blast Radius
