Well he can but its difficult and involves a couple days worth of work. This method is social engineering, the "hacker" will call xbox and basically collect information on your account. Once he has enough information he can get your account and take it from you, but the likeliness of this happening is not very good but is still very probable, it really just depends on the type of person it was. If it was a little kid saying stuff like @!$% you I'm hacking your account then your account may be safe, if it was more of an educated person then he might do it.

Now the other method of taking someones xbox account is DDosing, which is VERY illegal and can have someone end up with a pile of charges on them. Not going to get to deep in that subject...I'll let you do your own research.

So basically to keep from having your xbox account being hacked try not to start fights with anyone and just play nice with other people if someone is making you angry mute them and remember that xbox is not real life so don't get mad at it

Also never fall for anything that promises you free MS points or XBL gold they are all fake and will just collect your xbox account and leave you emptyhanded.

Main thing is don't let them figure out your email as soon as they know what it is gone.
