This is what i 'Know'.
MW2 Displays a certain amount of pixels thats why it is only happening 'SO FAR' with online and just on MW2. The problem is your 'TV'. Trust Me. I get that exact same problem on my dashboard/any game. I tried a small tv and the pixels went. So yeah.... it's the TV bro!

from what i gathered
your game works fine on your friends xbox..
your xbox still does the same thing on different tv's
this is more than likely your gpu starting to act up
which will eventually lead to rrod
you should probably send it to someone to get it reflowed properly..
or just buy a new xbox all-together
just my opinion
but i guarantee you that your gpu is starting to come loose from the motherboard
and that is why it only happens on mw2, because the pixel rate is higher than netflix or most other games
your game works fine on your friends xbox..
