To get something like that authenticated would cost about $75-$100 USD.

After that the market value of a signed Beiber piece isn't that much seeing as he is still alive (more signatures are being produced.)

If you got a crazy girl OR guy.... to buy it you could probably get $200-300 out of it.

Best bet.... Stick it in your attic. forget its even there. Give it to your kids when you're older. Then sell it.

Price will go WAYYYYY up once he is dead.
