2nd prestige = Left Bumper
3rd prestige = Y button
4th prestige = RT
5th prestige = LT
6th prestige = Left Stick
7th prestige = X button
8th prestige = B button
9th prestige = Dpad Down
10th prestige = Dpad Up
11th prestige = Dpad Left
