Hi guys. I need someone's help. I've done the quest before but this time it's glitching out. When I go into the "Quarters" and go to the 1st door on the left, your supposed to find the Vault 22 security card that let's you upon the caves, which in turn allows you to complete the quest.

However in my case when I go to the room where the Security Card should be it's not there. What should I do? I checked both of my followers inventories and they don't have it.
