A guy at my sister's school is suffering from severe head trauma after a terrible freeboarding accident. He has bruising and internal bleeding from the back and sides of his head. He was put in a coma to try and relieve pressure from the swelling of the brain and let the brain rest. Overnight the pressure in his brain doubled and he has been taken out of the coma in order to run tests and because his condition worsened. What do you think the doctors should do now?
