I remind you that to participate in Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta, one must to have:

Xbox LIVE Gold account
Halo: ODST campaign disc
1.2GB free space in HDD.

To download the beta, just follow these easy steps:

1. Insert the Halo 3: ODST campaign disc and launch the game.

2. Select “Play the Beta” from the main menu.

3. The first time you do this, Halo 3: ODST will need to download the beta from
Xbox LIVE Marketplace. You’ll see the window below, and you’ll need to select “Confirm Download.

4. When the download has finished, choose “Continue.”

5. You’ll be taken back to the Halo 3: ODST main menu again. Select “Play the Beta” once more.

6. Now that you’ve successfully downloaded the beta, selecting “Play the Beta” will launch the game, instead of downloading it.

This the best proximate time
It should be around 10-11:00am PDT so everyone reset your clocks and go to sleep/school/work haha

(I HIGHLY recommend going to school to get your edumacation11)

10-11am o'clock PDT
as SAID in the FAQ of bungie it should be around 11:00am so this is our best bet

Notes:
Be warned the Download Might be SLOW or servers might start crashing when the switch is flipped since the
massive amount of people downloading it, so you might have to wait just a little bit
