Ok, I have recently found out that you cannot be de-ranked on Cod WaW from 11th prestige.

I have tested different patches including Phoenix 2.1 the latest version available, and you either get corrupt rank data and reset back to what you were in my case 11th or just stay the rank you were.

Maybe in the future there might be a patch the doe's de-rank but for now I don't think there is.

I doubt they would console ban you considering that an account is on a hard drive or usb not a console so that saying that you will be console banned wouldnt make much sense

All i know is that you will most likely get console banned, it's not 100% yet.

i have had 11th on cod 4 for ages and no ban

Uhm, i believe it's a new update which is happening on 24-25th it's not 100% guaranteed but id just thought i'd warn everyone incase it happens.
