So my friend "Found" an Ipod Touch 32Gig Its Brand New and he Reset it to Factory Default and i was wondering how much it would be worth because i might buy it off him.

It all depends on condition, where you sell it and other market prices, search e-commerce sites such as Amazon or Ebay and look at what prices new iPods are going for on there, then set a price you think reasonable for your product.
