#2: There is no "Floor Manager" at Microsoft. Only agents of different tiers.
#3: They will only refund what was put on the account.

Red Ring of Death </3. I sent it in for them to fix and they told me they'd be replacing it due to damage to the console while they where repairing it.

dude there is a floor manager i ask to speak to them all the time. when you get through they say " Hello i'm whatever, the floor manager at the moment how can i help you ??"
