It happened today at school.

Here's the story.

Me and my friend were at P.E ( physical education ) at School. Me and him started
hitting each other because we were bored. My other friend let my other friend borrow
his iPhone and he was standing next to me. My friend pushed me against the kid
who had the iPhone in his hand and dropped it and cracked the screen. So my friend
who owns the iPhone told me and my friend who pushed me to give him $15 bucks
to repair his iPhone ( he didn't have warranty ) And he's saying that if I don't give him $15
bucks, he will sue me. Can he sue me for accidentally breaking his phone? By the way,
it was during SCHOOL. and P.E!

He can sue you but the kid might not win if you have a good lawyer.

Can't sure you because, it wouldn't even go to small claims court which needs to be $100.00 or more so, your good you'll just have a very unpleased friend.

Obviously the kid who pushed you is at fault. He could have his OARENTS sue your parents... But I seriously doubt they could win that one against you.
