The only thing i can say is, that yes this site moderators and staff are underage but they were selected because they are mature and they know what they are doing, Obviously ttg isnt perfect but neither are those other forums, example machinima like you said, if you take a look most of the stuff that will be posted are mostly spam and admins dont do anything because they dont have time with all the activity that is going around, just the same way that it happens here

Just giving out my opinion.
