Hey guys my xbox hasnt been reading discs for over 3 months and i have tried tapping it (didnt work), reset laser (didnt work), and looked at a hell lot of vids on youtube of how to fix it and none of them worked
the xbox with the open tray error isnt taken apart coz i cant be bothered as i took apart my other xbox 2 and the magnet is so gay to take apart and then put it back on the box when u put it back together so i cant be bothered taking apart this xbox
any ways to fix it on an xbox what is NOT taken apart... if it works i will +rep u

Take the disc out and keep opening and closing the disc drive thing...
After doing that a few times turn off your xbox while the disc drive thing is open..
With luck, you should be able to play your game
