Either you need to check family controls, or the way I downloaded it was by looking at I think it was the "My Community" tab, then opening the Twitter and Facebook menu things and it started downloading.

Same here, I only have Zune, Twitter said I had it, Then I tried it and it didnt work,

I also have this problem. But I know why.
When registerring your profile, they asked for your birthday and age. If you put in your correct birthday and age and youa re under the age of 18, this content won't be available to you until you are 18. I even called microsoft and asked them. They said that you can't change it. The best they can do is tell you to make a new account and pay for gold membership again. Dumb? I know.
Hope that helps you guys. And if that is not the case for all you peeps that don't have it, I have no clue.

That's pretty much what I said. My dad even talked to microsoft and asked if they could change the info to him and they said " No, you will have to create a new account.

need to have a adult acc, and you cant switch ya child to adult.... so ya screwed unless ya make a new gt, and lie bout ya age, but thats easy

my friend had this proplem make an new account with the age set to 1980 and then do it ur accout age is not high anuf my friend had to do that
