all u need to do is to download a donor nand for your console type and inject your kv into that nand through flash tools then u must insert your dvd key for the drive to continue to work then use that nand to create the new dash with your smc type and your cpu key and rename the file to updflash.bin then put that file only onto a usb and press the eject button and let it do its thing then u must power cycle the console for about 30 seconds then plug back in and boot up to a welcome screen and on dash 12625
