Hey, I got a new patch for cod4 and went to try it out when all of a sudden my screen froze so I turned my jtag off, then when I went to turn it back on it had 3 red rings. There is no error message that appears. Also, I removed my harddrive and flashdrive and it still had red rings....somebody PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Ok soo you got teh red rings of death broo.
What To Do:
1. Turn on Your XBOX-360
2. Wrap your XBOX-360 with 3 towels(Keep It On)
3. Keep it on for 30 minutes
4. Check and make sure its pretty warm
5. Then turn it off and let it cool off for 20 minutes
6. You'll get a message saying a bunch of BS about not heating your Xbox. Blah, Blah, Blah.
7. It Will Work for a few days
8. Enjoy:D

Google on how to get the secondary error code.
You will need it to figure the real problem out.

Im guessing it is GPU related. The patch didnt break the console, it was just a coincidence.

Apart from Colorado do NOT listen to the above people, can you boot into XeLL at all? If you can then just get XBR or FreeBOOT flashed again. If not then follow Colorado's tip - get the secondary error code. could just be coincidence and nothing to do with the patch
