ok cool if you have a compressor..you will need a top feed medium spray gun
and the paint is your choice,alot of the colours need to be thinned down
you can use a simple primer but if you use 2k paint systems most of those are an all in with clearcoat just need a little dash of primer as they are quite good paints to work with a bond vvvv well

to change the led's google rf board led change..there are stacks of good tuts out there..and if you are gonna change them yourself and need a soldering iron go for a 15w as too much power=too much heat=trashed board
