Did the Russian's request the mission "No Russian" to be deleted from the game? If that is the case then if it so offensive to the people who are complaining why not just 1) Put a warning about possibly offensive material or 2) Delete that section from the game, maybe just edit that part out. Simple, I really do hate people who are offended so easily!
