in all the other call of duty games there are scenes from the past World war 2, Iraq, both of these are quite big which some people might be offended by but the gay people who thinks computer games are dumb dont cry about them .
i doubt very much that it will be banned in the uk also the game industry will lose millions if they dont sell it here and they wont risk loosing that much money.

dimebag wrote The recent articles circulating the web about certain people/companies trying to get Modern Warfare 3 banned in the UK are obviously causing a lot of discussion - can we keep all discussion/thoughts/rumours on the matter in this thread please. All other threads on it will be closed.

For those of you who don't know what we're talking about, this is an article published in itproportal
A story published by a newspaper has claimed that campaigners are trying to get Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 banned in the UK for allegedly mimicking the 7/7 terrorist attack in London.

The Daily Mail claims that the MW3 trailer released by Activision yesterday shows scenes which echo the devastating 7/7 bombings in London, in which 52 people had lost their lives.

The paper said that supporters of the people affected by the terrorist attack in London have expressed fury over the similarities and are campaigning to get it banned.

An ultra-violent computer game which features explosions and scenes of destruction on the London Tube and at the Houses of Parliament is to be released later this year, the newspaper describes the game.

The MW3 trailer shows scenes of World War 3 in major world cities including New York, London and Paris. In the trailer, a devastated London is shown with soldiers running around with guns and bombs exploding.

In what the Daily Mail describes as a recreation of the 7/7 attack on the London Tube, a solder in a truck is chasing a train, which later derails and explodes.

wow you have A LOT of Rep
