BTW: i have windows 7 too and Ive tried running it with xp through the compatibility tab and it still wouldn't work.

sorry. i will fix it, and thanks for saying its not a virus. viruses are auto-run(99% of the time), not when you click it.

it is called a R.A.T.(remote administrative tool)it lets him view your computer and it records everything you have typed i have sandboxie and it detected this virus. He can also download stuff to your computer and uninstall to your computer.the only way to get this off is to system restore or a reset disk or wipe your computer harddrive.he can also shutdown your computer.
BTW:yo cannot just uninstall or delete this R.A.T. it uses your internet to delete it you have to system restore to an earlier time before you downloaded this.
also report for malicious software
