well most importantly just eat healthier, because in the time your not working out and dieting (or eating healty) your muscles are building and forming. and workout your core and do any ab workouts you like.

Do 50 sit ups until you get tired! Then youll start feeling the pain which means its working 8)

Sit ups arent that good for abs. They dont get rid of fat and dont help much.

i tried getting a six pack i failed
now im fat and have moobs not really fat but fat enough for me lol if i get any fatter it will be a major problem =(

any help here guys !

If your planning on losing weight you have to eat right. You have to have a well balanced diet and a good workout. To gain muscle and a ripped body you need to get rid of the fat on your body. The best way to do that is to EAT HEALTHY
