It doesn't matter though. They really can't find out. Just don't talk because they can tell by your accent. I have played in the EU ladder many times. On the Gamebattles clan we had in the past TTG Sean and a few other members were in the US ladder. It really doesn't matter.

Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and register. It matches you up with other organised clans and you can head off. There is like a clan leadedr board thing as well.
