okay, so i don't think he is dead because the Picture they released looks so fake and here is the reason why:

and how comes they buried him in the sea?
why not show the world his body for extra proof?
can't you all see what they are trying to do?

They didnt release a picture, it was a previously made one which is obviously fake.
Why would they parade his body around when his head is destroyed?
If they buried him on land his body would become a shrine!

Why not just leave it! The most wanted man on Earth was found and killed, why can't you be happy?
